Touring to aviation museums is another adventurous treat; recently, the people of America got the chance to enjoy it in more elaborated way, as they celebrated National Aviation Day.



Although aviation museums found in very few number worldwide, but America has quite a few. So, today we are going to tell you about few aviation museums in America



1. Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome situated in Rhinebeck, N.Y. - It has a huge collection of early airplanes. Also get the privilege to take a 20 minute open-cockpit biplane tours above the lush Hudson Valley.



2. Fantasy of Flight Museum located in Polk City, Fla.- Here one can buy a hot air balloon for a ride to dessert. It has collection of some chic production of the history of flight, civil and military, through the 1950s.



3. EAA Airventure Museum located in Oskosh, Wis. - This family-friendly museum containts 250 eclectic aircraft, together with 2004’s SpaceShipOne, the first privately financed manned spaceflight.



4. Flying Heritage Collection situated in Arlington, Wash.- it has collection of 20th-century original equipments of military aircraft and are restored in pristine condition using only original materials.



5. National Museum of the United States Air Force situated in Dayton, Ohio- it has large collection of international airpower, here one can experience ride on the desks and beds in FDR, Truman, Eisenhower and JFK presidential planes.
