The Mount Rainier national park in Washington, located in the south east part of the country, is rated among the fifth national parks in United States.



Surrounded with 1600 to 14000 feet long abrupt mountains, valleys, waterfalls, ice caves, glaciers, the park also has an active volcano. It is spread approximately 980 sq.km.



Th epark is home to a diverse wildlife and wildflowers. A very popular tourist destination, Mount Rainier national park has many varieties of wild species like chickarees, chipmunks, ground squirrels, pika and marmots and Clark’s nutcrackers, Steller’s jays, gray jays and ravens birds. Deer are commonly found, but views of animal’s elk, black bear, and mountain goats are rare.
