Passport will be compulsory from 31st December 2007, for security purposes for all the travelers traveling through sea or air to the destinations of Caribbean, Mexico, Bahamas and Canada.



So, in a view to help the Americans to get rid of this state of affairs, many tour operators have come up with attractive deals, like Apple vacations is providing cost of a passports in requirement of the documents, to the citizens of the Caribbean and Mexico based U.S travelers. In the deal, they will offer $100 off the rate of seven-night 2007 vacation packages booked before 31st October.



Super club which manage ten resorts in 5 Caribbean countries offering ‘passport included’ incentives which will be in effect till July 31, in which they will remove the cost of new or renewed passports for at least 4 nights vacation in 2007.



These kinds of offers will not only make things easier for the citizens but also reduce the tourisms department apprehension as they are estimating that this law will reduce travelers as now only 23 percent of Americans are having passport.
