Time inside the planes can be dull and uncomfortable. Napping is one of the most underrated pleasures. Here are some tips to have a comfortable sleep on planes.
). Avoid the seat in last row and near exit row. Go for window seats near the front of the plane. It can keep you out of the lines of traffic.
). The last row in the plane may not recline and may have no windows. It may not be comfortable.
). There is one downside of the window seat. When you need to get out of your seat, you can find the person in aisle seat is asleep.
). Skip the cup of coffee before boarding. Call the flight attendant for blankets, pillows and neck pillows.
). Overhead bin space, blankets, and pillows are at a premium on most flights these days. Board as early as possible to make sure you get yours.
). Wear clean socks. Bare feet don’t offend, stinky feet do. Wear shoes you can flip on and off easily.
). Don’t bring the noise near the seats positioned in front of the engines.
). The worst part of sleep is waking up to bright lights, luggage carousels and sunshine. Set a watch alarm for 45 minutes before landing in case of the long flight.
