American and Canadian Tourism industry expressed stiff rage on the new passport alterations which are propose to impose on the travelers of both nations by American government. US embassy in Canada now seems to persuade people to accept new passports regulations.
David Wilkins, American ambassador to Canada says the tourism sector won’t hurt under a new U.S. law requiring travelers. He asked the visitors of both sides to get their passports well in time unless the delay could suffer travelers and tourism operators.
He reiterated those new requirements are placed in the view of post-9-11 world. Notably, as per the new rules, returning US citizens will require passports by Jan. 23. By now, they can return home merely having driver license or birth certificates.
We have enough criticized America for its stringent visa policies after the 9/11 episode but have we ever ruminated over the issue that why we condemn America so much? Every nation has a right to ensure its safety so what is wrong if America is doing the same thing. Any loophole in security could result in a catastrophe for US citizens.
We’ve plenty of examples of such nations who are continuously being victimized by terrorists, uncountable innocents are losing their lives now and then. In this context, I back American visa regulations.
